Dear Students,
Talegaon is the historical city of maval Tahasil.
Late Lokmanya Tilak Established Paisa fund glass
factory, here having strong industrial background and co-operatives. Talegaon is
fast growing city. and the suburban of pune. Talegaon has played
very important role in the historical movement. One of the senapatis of
Maratha Empire was the great lady UMABAI DABHADE was from Talegaon. |

INDRAYANI MAHAIDYALAYA, a premier institution of this region has compleated fourty three
years of its sacred mission of disseminating higher education. Established in1968
with the efforts guidence & initiatives of eminent figure late prof.Dr. M. M. Altekar . The institution was blessed by well known Author late
Acharya P. K. Atre the ex. V. C. of pune, Rajastan and Delhi University Wrangler Dr. G. s. Mahajani, and late Dr. G. S.
Mahajani, and late Balasaheb Desai
then finance ministrator of Maharastra State.
In the days of Globlization, it is necessary about the progress of the
institute to and to come
out of this embarrassment, our Indrayani collegeis providing the properand so we are making every effort to make our rural students Globally Educated.
Talegaon is both rural and urban and it has disadvantages of both and to come
out of this embarrassment, our Indrayani college is providing the proper
solution by way of proffessional education. In this days of world competition,
growth means Higher Education and quality means Indrayani College. Indrayani
college has developed into a multi faceted "Institute with Potential for
Excellence for the rural India", We have plans to start professional cources
like MBA, MCA etc.
I, in the capacity of president of Indrayani Vidya Mandir on behalf of all
Governing Council members, welcome all of you and assure your multifacted
devlopment. I am quit convinced that we would go ahead very fast with
co-operation and guidance of my colleague on the management of this Institute.
